Property trusts historically yield around 2% - 2.5% over the cash rate. They are now yielding around 1.5% under cash. Surely money is better placed in higher growth sectors, or at the very least, cash. Why would one accept such a low yield for the sector? I have no doubt this is a bubble fueled by cash looking for a home, any home. This may not be the exact top, but the charts suggest it is close.
