Most juniors miners and spruikers would use every opportunity to raise funds. The fact that JD has gone quiet and not used the license approval as an opportunity implies he is adhering to his word and working on a favourable deal to derisk before coming to existing shareholders.
I bought 200-300k shares more. I'm holding 3 million shares now...and expecting (demanding) a $3 share price.
No news is good news. At this point in time.
