Why would ASIC get involved? It's still currently up 100+% from IPO price which was only 1 week ago. Anyone who bought above the current price was asking for their pants to be pulled down. Last FY $4m revenue with $1m loss and people were in a buying frenzy when its market cap was $100m+, then complain when it comes crashing down to fair value. It still has a fair way to go to fair value.
