But remember this assumes max power output and utilization time of charge on cells, so will likely be lower than this

I think you're out by a factor of 10 in your power cost calculations?

12kW @ 0.17c/kWh = $2.04 p/hr x 8000 hrs = $16,320 pa

or $3,264/t of graphene.
