I will not complain as long as they pay some top $$$ for acquiring CVN... at times of gloabl oil glut and low gas prices, they can get away with a low ball offer... but if the tide turns (as it normally does in O&G sector), getting away with such tactics becomes difficult.... so the best time to buy out CVN is now rather than some years later when the tide could have turned....
