My answer was to bewise in the first instance his question was how would this effect the SI gov policies...answer it wont have any effect.
that was the relevant point, as for grades their problem is not just grades its quantum vs Grades and the process in blending grades to achieve 1.5 to 1.7 .....we can just dig out 1.5 and better . we do not have to worry about it.
