Off the grapevine: The 2 "System Testing and Development" departments may be outsourced leading to a decrease in staff numbers and higher profits. Contracts are being negotiated at $350 per day for the new Testing staff already. The ramifications are more than intriguing on a corporate level by stitching up competition - carefully managed and a blue chip with much left in her.
