    I believe civil works will start along with fabrication of the plant in China this northern summer bring the first zinc production late 2018 and first summer 2019! For this to happen we will have the funding announcement in the next 6 to 8 weeks! IMHO. Nothing complicated about the plant or mine or the funding!
