I can only comment on what's been released, anything else is just rubbish.

ASX made it very clear they have not received anything.

Company announcement Friday (The Company continues to work closely with the ASX to agree on the process and timetable required for re-compliance and expects to provide further updates in the near term.)

How long is near term, 6 months, 1 year. We are going onto 5 months now in suspension.

None of the above says what or when the EGM & prospectus will be out. It's a no brainier to me as to were this is headed.
