    Hi Penny - love your enthusiasm, I am excited also.

    I don't see news coming quite so soon though but hope you are correct on that also!

    BTW, I have a house in Tauranga which I keep as another investment, had it for nearly 20 years and the capital growth has been staggeringly good, especially over the past 2 or 3 years. Rental return is outstanding. One of the better performers for me. (and hidden off shore!)

    I just love the BOP.
