    I don't think AT will give in to a take over bid without heavy negotiation on price, just look a the rabbit he pulled out of the hat on the $905 deal. it's also in his interest to develop GXY assets, so one would anticipate that it would have to be a no brainer super mega offer price for him to lay down and roll over rover.
