It is very unlikely that Denison will pull out and no second bidder come forward. The uranium market is hot and you would have note another uranium merger in Canada today.

Also OMC was trading around 95c to $1 before the takeover offer and since then a few very good drilling results release and it's still trading at $1.13 today. So that's only about 10c to 15c premium which is not much, therefore it won't surprise me if OMC will be up once the initial blip is out of the way.

Anyway, there are 5 other major shareholders buying in since the takeover announced, I guess their judgement is better than our. I am holding till end of Feb atleast.
