While researching the Crux field and surrounding permits, i noticed that the major (and minor) fault that runs right through Nexus' AC/P23 permit (where Crux is located), also extends through AC6-02 which surrounds AC/P23 and extends south.
This now also leads me to believe that there is a real possibility that the Crux field might just extend along that trend.
Bids for this permit closed in Nov 2006, so we'll find out soon if Nexus applied for it and have been awarded the permit.
