Director now has more shares than before he started selling, and has probably lowered his ave. buy price. That is simply good business... not corrupt directorship. You would do the same if you had to finance in-the-money options... ANYONE would.
Quasar are spending $14 million this year... seems like an awful waste of money if nothing was to ever come of it!
