With all due respect, the balance sheet quoted in the article posted by @cdhal is not reflective of the cash on hand.
And a "big article in New York"? IMO that article was nonsense and it fairly clear to me that the author doesn't know the first thing about VRC or what they do.
Even still, if you click on the link in the second last line of the conclusion, prior to the PS which says "check out or latest free analysis report" it says VRC has a flawless balance sheet but is overvalued.
IMO though i wouldn't be too concerned about anything written in that report though.
