In the herald sun, the prime minister is pledging to mandate the use of bio-fuels aswell.

Its catching on.

2% isn't much but once people are use to it its only a matter of time until people are comfortable with the idea. Not to mention that if one hopefuly electorate says 2% no doubt if its popular the next will say 5%!

I don't know why it would upset motorists considering most cars are fully compatible and fuel prices will go down.
