Mate it just didnt look kosher, thats all.
I remember this happening to AGS around .30 cents mark
Then saw the same with BRL around 6-8 cent mark
If the holder has enough shares they can dribble sales into the bidders creating uncertainty, then captitulation. They can drive the SP down fairly easily & accumulate much more than they sold at much lower prices.
Is it happening here? Could very well be. In my opinion, UKL should be trading at a much higher market cap. Definately an equal, if not a superior share to BLR (not knocking BLR - I hold) yet trading at under HALF the MC of BLR. If they are doing roadshows in the US & have caught the eye of someone, then expect fireworks.
