Yes a rather embarrassing oversight, quite misleading to those who thought they were buying shares that were placed without options (ie less dilution).

I'll have to check Rule 7.1 but I thought that was the regular 10% placement rule.

This would mean that the company hasn't placed these shares as shortfall, did they act too soon to hock off the shares?

Anyway, WKT back to the future, more dilution, more big promises in announcements and time frame diagrams.

Will WKT rise $55m before the end of April? Hahaha!!
