Thanks croaisian & oilman. So “backfill” means …searching for additional oil or gas lakes within existing proven fields/basins. So why would Mr Gallagher assume that shareholders who are entitled to participate in the SPP would be interested in providing more capital when existing developed fields are largely unprofitable with the POO where it is now?.
