The proof will be in the eating of the pie, and I suspect the pie is coming out of the oven in the near future. Personally, I don't really subscribe to the insider theories that have been bandied about, but that's just my opinion. As I suggested, I think these deals are complex and if it is done properly it's in the best interests of all holders.
