There is absolutely no connection between the appeal decision and the suspension. The appeal decision is based on points of law and logic, the suspension is based on how the market perceives uncertainty - and the lack of logic.

If the appeal was certain to be upheld the suspension would be lifted. If the appeal was certain to be dismissed, the stock would be de-listed.
