I find this discussion of a pilot plant/mobile plant interesting as I can't seem to see anything that the company have said that discusses the proposition.

Given your experience in these type of projects are you able to give any sort of estimation as to the potential budget required to build such a plant?
Also is the suggestion here that they would be crushing and processing raw material for sale and if so what sort of price would be achievable for this type of product ?
