How can they deem it as a back door listing?
RRP has been in the coal business for years. A back door listing is when a company tries to introduce a different style of business say for example if a TECH company tries to get into mining all of a sudden then yes there is something totally different. In this case its a coal deal same as what they have been doing all theses years.
I have complained to the ASX and I also have complained to ASIC.
There is no harm in all of us doing the same. The more pressure we put on the ASX the quicker they might do something.
I suggest everybody follows suit.
