    I understand,

    -Nature of business never changed
    -They always said they were looking to purchase a mine
    -No change in directors
    -No change in top 20 or substantial holders

    It was change in scale that ASX hit them with.

    ASX are playing games with management, they cant even announce any news because they are being stuffed around by ASX.
