To begin with.. I agree with you all, yes it would have been fair if all shareholders also could participate in the options issue. Because ys, based on strike price, volatility of the underlying and maturity date it's easy to calculate with Bloomberg OVME that the price of 0.5 cents is too cheap.

I am since 1993 in the Market and stopped long ago worrying about instos or related entities getting a better deal than us common shareholders. In this case I think most of the former option holders are also shareholder so the resolution will be accepted...

This doesn't mean I agree with the issue, but it does tell me we can expect higher prices in the coming year(s). I also don't agree with the following, but the fact is, the junior market is very different from the large cap market or the bond market. So often the happy few are in the know pre ann, not referring to VMC btw...

So yes, happy to hold, the share price needs to increase 36% before optionholders are in the money. That's a lot more than I get on my savings account
