One brand? Read the announcement again. How about Zoosh? It's a portfolio of products, lest you get caught up in Vegemite and all its salty goodness.
And debt? It's not taking on debt for debts sake, it should as the announcement suggests, be value accretive, and will pay for itself over time. I'm happy they've had the good sense to compliment and diversify their products that are not wholly reliant on the dairy industry.
