All in all, if the sale and subsequent PE notifications were complied with it would be pretty clear to all parties and everything would be all wrapped up in a pretty little bow and we'd be well into drilling or potentially even have the results and/or official Doc.

Just the mere fact that it has dragged on this long must show that something wasn't 100%. Despite what the likes of some think, I find it hard to believe that this is just being dragged out for the sake of it.

I just hope it all ends soon and we can focus on we have, whatever that may be...
