Lets break this one down... You need some cash to keep the wolves at the door... easy job -for doing little else but delay a week or two to let the good news in you do a capital raise ...higher SP given the outstanding news... less shares issued... less dilution same bucks. Come on we have been vindicated by a serious player who has been burning the midnight oil on due diligence Ka- Ching $$

No ... they strike a deal weeks ago -not overnight these things too; with a share fund knowing a deal is imminent from Fuji and they do it knowing the price will run and its been in the seventies for weeks - at .65 ..why why why?

Best guess needed to dilute the shares Fuji less than 10% ... Rook to A3 - bit of a heavy move since you just climbed into bed with someone then pull out a chainsaw to play! so at least out of respect dress it in fluffy cotton and pretend the two stoke smoke is for ambiance

If they raised much later after the deal the more obvious the chainsaw... and before the deal Fuji would have just been issued more shares to stay at 10%

Of course I might be 100% wrong but who cares!!! money in the bank trials underway due diligence done and a deal that says damn them pineapples might just be sweetest thing - put me in line...
