I definitely agree with you there, 'never seen a company's share price do well with court proceedings looming'...
If that was the only possible set of announcements coming up, then yes I agree the SP will at best be stagnant, or even worse would slowly but surely decline.
The best thing about this is that, there is an array of announcements just around the corner! Update on the sale of Burbanks, update on their gold drilling/mining, and PoW drilling results (more lithium!).
So, IMHO, the SP is only going to increase in the coming weeks when these announcements are released. AND, not if, but when they release an announcement claiming the resolution of this bogus claim, the SP will fly fly away.
So ultimately, if all depends on you, which side do you want to be on? Holding KDR before they resolve this issue and hence reap the rewards of the exponential ascending climb? Or do you want to be on the sidelines?
