From their Twitter account they're really hammering them. My company is about the same size with staff and turnover, and they're nailing us by comparison. Probably one of the reasons the staff reinforcement plans are so high - they're really pushing them hard, it seems like anyone in a senior position is expected to be pulling their weight with support to sales.
