Hopefully it drifts higher, never wish your stock to drift lower. The 3 false starts over the last year have been particularly annoying, let's not wish it a fourth time. Everyone had 12 months to accumulate, especially in September post the last missed commercialisation date with the stock going down to $0.05 per share. We want a higher base to use as a spring board even higher post the announcement.
That being said, everyone at SFI have done a remarkable job inventing this new technology that will completely innovate the imagery industry, especially for Eagleview anyway. There hasn't been any setbacks, only increases in specificity. This is a remarkable story that just needs final approval. Remember Simon Cope has spent his life building aerial photography systems and Mike von Bertouch used to work at CASA so they know exactly what they are doing. They're at the last stage of a multi stage approval process so we'd expect this final approval to be a fait accompli. It's all up to the CASA gods now.
The news can come any day, however in my experience companies don't particularly like announcing anything on Friday's. So if they do receive the CASA approval I'd anticipate they would hold it over the weekend and release it on Monday. I'd like to see a trading halt to build the suspense.
