Agree.
Given the timing, my guess is that it is a licensing deal associated with the Complex semiconductor JV.

Complex Semiconductor are currently testing the app and Xped expects the user
So for me, given that this acceptance testing was to be completed by around now together with Dr Sheng's lead on the Complex JV and the expected completion of the Telink porting by around now - I think it may be a licensing deal with Complex.
