i think if this business does not achieve what we believe it will EVERYONE loses so the value of the options and the shares are minimal or worthless.
in my little untechnical mind I believe if the SP hits $1 or more then the management/consultative team will have earned the reward albeit very significant if the SP tanks to sub .10c then the options reward is worthless anyway and we all feel like the zeppelin ( not the jimmy page version )
