It is good to hear feedback from first users and now knowing what users expect when first receiving their device. Given that there are minimal IQBuds in the market, yourself and a few others will be the pioneers in using these - over time there will be 'how-to' guides posted on youtube etc making it easier to understand the device and app.

I hope the connectivity issues are simply an IOS upgrade or phone model and do not lie within the buds.

Please keep posting your honest experiences as you learn how to use the device.
