    So basically we are looking at licence allocation before the 28th of February to allow for the month to get ready to start construction given we are now in that quarter

    The 28th is d day..either an announcement re licence or an announcement re delay to construction..5 weeks away boys and girls, take your pick

    Of course any of the above scenarios can transpire before the 28th, I'm just giving latest dates of best and worst case BUNTA scenario
