Hmm. Is it just me, or are shares.. now, more than ever, dictated to by the news cycle..? Just thinking about SYT, as one example amongst many. Anecdotally: I recently switched into a company with a stock code that starts with CR and ends with 8, because of the possibility of such. I had invested in another company with very sound FA, but realized, a little too late, that it didn't matter because the chance of them releasing some sort of update that might stimulate demand, was quite limited (at least for another few months anyway).
