INTRODUCTION: Zyber Holdings Ltd (ZYB, formerly Dourado Resources Limited)
is involved in the development and commercialization of a secure, easy to install,
mobile communication platform that allows users to transact, share data and
collaborate across multiple devices and operating systems.
SERVICE: Zyber is developing technologies which will provide the control and
security without leaving a digital footprint on the end user s device.
ACQUISITION: On 16th February 2016, the Dourado Resources Limited has announced
that it has acquired Zyber Secure Mobile Solutions Inc. and changed its name to
Zyber Holdings Ltd.
