Well it's not actually their plant/project yet as they haven't paid for it. Ignoring that important fact there is no way mnm will spend a few million and be trial mining in 6 months, surely even you can see that's not going to happen. They need $3mill just to cover a few directors fees and purchase the project let alone do anything.
I'd also forget about mbk and comparisons, if norton was any good mnm would be mining it now like they planned to. Going to be hard to sell for any decent $$ given mnm pulled plug on mining it, got be a good reason for that. Be lucky to even get $1 mill for it.
