Constitution of the Trust:The Bass Strait Oil Trust (the "Trust") was constituted on 7 May 1997 and will terminate on the later of 31 December 2007 and the date that the Trustee ceases to be entitled to any further royalty receipts. However, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Trust Deed, or the Deed of Amendment, the Trust will terminate on 7 May 2077.
