Makes you wonder why the trading halt was needed since Thursday. Perhaps it's not as simple as announcing a contract? Could be that signing the contract was due to happen and the halt designed to stop speculation and trading from anyone who worked out the signing was imminent? And that signing still hasn't happened?
Or they used their last letterhead to sign the contract and ran out to make their announcement.
