J P Morgan do not hold 84.15% of the company.
The word "nominees" is the distinguishing factor here. They are holding the stock on behalf on behalf of another investor (Taurus).
If you read the recent announcements Taurus owns 87 odd percent of the company. If they are holding that much then JP Morgan can't be holding 84.15% as well.
