Hi Nitrox, did not forget - just didnt include it in the scenario - what NM would do is irrelevant to the possibility some major may choose to use the DGR vehicle in a more hostile bid to get a chunk of the Bulbous Blob o Bullion that is SOLG Cascabel...

Even for NM to refuse an offer ( and remember - he does have "the right price" in mind... I believe that a significant re rate of DGR would ensue. - like seems to happen with any corporate activity -
Anyway, was just supposition - but not an impossibility - and I think regardless of the outcome - no harm to DGR shareholders would prevail..

Lazy question tho - I know NM has a substantial hold in DGR - but you said NM also has 6% of SOLG ?
Do I read you right there?
Because - if this is correct - NM can divest of SOLG via DGR - and still retain ample exposure to SOLG.

I now am only looking at DGR/SOLG in a macro fashion - SOLG is the only company I am interested in for its effect on DGR and plays the final part of what will probably intiate my exit strategy.
