With the debt that this management has amassed and more debt required (70 to 90 million) as communicated my management, I would be very surprised if central is even worth 30 cents based on potential dilution coming up.

If MQG pull out, this is very likely to tank. The longer the reviews are undertaken, the greater the concern, the greater the chance that agreeable contract terms of refrences can be secured. In other words, be very cautious IMHO.
