Im no accountant but it looks to me like they are a profitable company who have been around a while ,who have the ability to borrow. It also seems they like to make acquisitions in some cases rather large ones. Their latest aquisition in 2016 being Stratatech a regenative medicine company.
"In fiscal 2017, we intend to fund capital expenditures with cash generated from operations. "
The one thing that sticks out a little to me from a negative perspective is the amount of debt they carry however the board has authorized them to reduce the level of debt by buying back certain debt instruments. And it seems they are able to finance the debt "sofar."
