It is HUGE Securedcredit and I've long been very overweight on the zinc fundamentals alone, which have disappointed somewhat compared to previous POZ:IBG values. But this is now a different ballgame!
Will be interesting to see how long it takes the market to realise this is real - Chinese will want this to happen for various reasons so expect it will move quickly through the hoops. The Citronen project with an NPV of $US600mill is going to proceed and the zinc price is likely to continue to rise. And IBG with a market cap of less than $50M!
Not expecting huge gains immediately, market is still wary of the base metals charge, but the road show will build momentum nicely and am expecting POZ to motor after Chinese New Year. Planets are aligned!
