Tightly held this one, you should still be able to accumulate below 2 and mop up the stray sells between 1.8 & 2. Bit of paitience required when accumulating , reminds me of ahn, took me 4 months to accumulate 1m basically buying everything on market below 2c. even after that had to buy at twice the price for the rest of my holdings... worth it imo if you find a good resource.
