Yes that part of the blog & strategy was right but how hard/easy is it to delist? We may get the same result in a way - the company would have needed the money so everyone was on the hook - sure we save a mill a year but lose liquidity and governance (that was the flaw in his argument - if it did go dark the all the smaller holders lose genuine control/governance - despite his comments about the bloc from what I have heard there is plenty of independence at Board level and the major shareholder definately doesnt get their way).
If the SP rallies to 15-20c then your scenario of 50m for 15% comes true. Not sure what they would do with $50m but I suspect we would raise $25m if it reached that level - ironically if it got to 15-20c we probably wouldn't need the money - it would probably be off the back of such a big partnership deal the upfront would cover us for years.
