    Well I don't think the result was that bad....EBITDA was actually up 10%. The reason the final bottom line was lower is due to high amortisation ($6.4mill) and the loss on ARF ($1.1mill). Won't the amortisation be a one-off?

    The underlying operating profit is still solid, is it not?
