Just wanted to post a thread about the upcoming fy17 report and the future for a2. Many people are worried if a2 can sustain growth this half I just want to let you know our pre orders for a2 formula are consistently growing and I speak to friends in the China Daigou industry and they have never seen a2 as hot as it is right now.
On top of this I can't wait for them to announce stage 4 infant formula. If they do we are expecting a 25 percent rise in sales for stage 4 alone as mother from stage 3 move towards stage 4. So to put it simple terms if we do 400 million dollars this year in infant formula then Total revenue would approximately be 533 million excluding any sales coming from milk which is 40 percent of the buisness. That's excluding any adult nutrition powder they are releasing to the market.
Remember that management said these products will be released first quarter 2017 and we haven't even counted their sales on revenue part of this physical year. Could add an extra 20-40 million on the bottom line which is big. Not forgetting New Zealand that comes online first quarter 2017. The Daigous down in New Zealand have huge networks we deal with some of them. Interesting half yearly coming up. Looking juicier by the day
Dow Jones was up close to 1 percent we are heading above 20 000 and I'm all in on this one at 2 dollars pre AGM price lol
