Very upbeat ann from VPC - been watching for a loooong time. The triple bottom could mark the bottom and todays ann could mark the return to uptrend. MC is under $10m so if they can turn it around it's got a lot of headroom. Needs about a 5 mil volume day to confirm the btm is in.
